15 July 2020If your sebaceous hyperplasia is due to oily skin, then preparations to reduce oiliness might help to prevent further lesions appearing. Using a daily exfoliating wash might help here.
However, for existing sebaceous hyperplasia, there tends to be little progress achieved by using topical preparations.
