Miss Henna Rafique BSc, MBBS, MSc, FRCS Gen Surg (Eng)

Miss Henna Rafique is a consultant colorectal and general surgeon with an expertise in a wide range for treatments for haemorrhoids, anal fissure, anal skin tags and anal warts.

She is the only female colorectal surgeon able to offer consultations and same day treatments at Harley Street and Putney clinics for Cosmedics.

Miss Rafique graduated from UCL medical school in 2007, with an intercalated BSc in Pharmacology. She pursued her higher surgical training in North West Thames and received her colorectal training at Imperial College London, Chelsea and Westminster and the Royal Marsden Hospitals. During her post graduate training she completed a MSc in Trauma Sciences with the Blizzard Institute at Queen Mary’s University London and she is currently completing PhD research in Big Data through St Mark’s Hospital Academic Institute. She has subspecialty interests in locally advanced and recurrent rectal cancers, inflammatory bowel disease, pouch surgery and complex proctology. She is also a JAG certified endoscopist and is JETS National Clinical Lead for the JAG Endoscopy Workforce.
